We will make the most of peas, broad beans, leeks, artichokes, asparagus, cavolo nero, kohl rabi…….and rhubarb…a visual as well as an appetising feast!

I like to keep my Cooking Day numbers to a minimum, so that we have time to potter & harvest in the garden & whip up some truly seasonal fare, but I do have space for a couple more of you!
