Once again, I made Anzac Day (or at least the weekend) my marker for the latest moment to plant the year’s garlic crop. Fortunately, there is still plenty of last season’s going strong and I was able to select the largest cloves from the biggest heads. Hopefully we’ll have a bumper crop on the way for harvest in November…fingers crossed!
