Anthia Koullouros is a highly respected Clinical Naturopath, Herbalist, and Holistic Food, Health & Lifestyle Educator based in Sydney, Australia, with over 30 years of dedicated naturopathic clinical practice. 10:30am – 11:30am – Late Summer/Early Autumn Garden Walk & Talk: We’ll explore the productive garden, discovering the secrets of seasonal gardening as nature transitions during this time of year. Learn practical tips for cultivating late summer through autumn produce, nurturing soil health, and embracing the seasonal cycle to inspire your own garden. This interactive walk is a chance to connect with the land, the rhythm of the seasons and the food that sustains us.
11:30am – 1pm – Exploring Autumn Food & Health: We’ll explore the natural cycles of health and healing, inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and why healthy soil really is the superfood which nourishes our foods and in turn nourishes our minds and bodies, spirits and hearts. Just as a deciduous tree sheds its leaves and prepares for renewal, this season offers a chance for you to reconnect with your health and vitality. Discover how autumn offers a time to recover from summer’s excesses, consolidate your strength, and prepare for winter.
1pm – 2pm Lunch: Share a delicious, garden-inspired, seasonal lunch, celebrating the rich ingredients of the season’s produce.
2pm – 4pm – Putting it into Practice: Practical ways to incorporate local, seasonal, and nutrient-rich foods into your diet. The connection between nature, the seasons, and your body’s innate ability to heal. How to align with autumn’s natural cycle to strengthen your gut immunity system, restore balance, and find clarity.
