Event details:

Easter Saturday Lunch and Italian Cooking Workshop with Emiko Davies

10 am join us in the Dairy for an early morning treat along with tea, coffee or a herbal tisane, as Emiko shares a gentle introduction and her plans for the morning ahead…of listening, conversation, cooking and participation…

At a relevant moment during the course of the morning, we’ll all pop out to the kitchen garden, snips and basket in hand, to gather additions to Emiko’s planned menu.

No doubt more cooking, tasting and conversation…before…with heightened appetites, we enjoy…

1.30’ish Lunch at the long table…either in the Loggia, or perhaps the Hayshed (as we did with Emiko once before)…we’ll allow the weather to dictate and will all fall in…as if guests in Emiko’s home and garden in Tuscany!

3.30’ish we anticipate the day’s activities and eating to draw to a close, though you will be very welcome to linger longer in the garden.
