‘everything will be beautiful in the end, and if it’s not beautiful, it is not the end’, India Flint
Hello everyone,
Confounding! No matter how many workshops INDIA FLINT has run here over the years, when it comes to describing what is likely to occur I must simply defer to her, because India’s realm is all her own and all I can relay to you is that the outcome is always astoundingly beautiful!
And here we go again. I am delighted…indeed thrilled that India is returning to Glenmore for her only Australian workshop this year. And not just for one day but for two, so you can completely immerse in her nature to colour-filled world on THURSDAY 14 & FRIDAY 15 NOVEMBER.
The days will be poetic, whimsical, alchemical. They will be quiet, thoughtful, reflective, insightful and at times, (I have no doubt) highly amusing. You will cut and stitch – is it a coat? Is it an apron? India suggests it will be a gardening coverall – I sure could do with one of those! (One can never quite tell just what India is wearing or how many garments at a time, but the result is always captivating). And of course via India’s renowned eco-dyeing approach, your creation will take on sensational hues.
There will be things to bring (a list is on the booking form). India is bringing her magic potion (I’m hoping she’s driving, not flying!).
I’m getting the word out early as I know there are devotees of India’s who wish to travel from afar and need to plan. You’ll discover more about India and all the details of the days along with the booking form here. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – if I can’t answer directly, I’ll ask India to help with your query!
How India and I will look forward to seeing you here for a completely wonderful and immersive two days.
With warm wishes to all,
Mickey
