I love this peculiar collection of ratty old pots I keep down at the potting shed….they get a bit of a tidy from time to time but mostly they contain odd cuttings that have yet to find a home. The succulent in the middle came from Camden Park, almost six years ago and now it inhabits various pots around the garden. Although this one is not the most healthy of specimens, I do love its flower spikes set against the faded old timber slabs; and its for plants like this, that I treasure a visit to the Camden Park open weekend: make a bee-line for it, this weekend, 21 & 22 September.
