Actually, I really don’t think this is one of my best photos! It was scrumptious! Chicken studded with pomegranate seeds from our fruiting hedge (as well as grapes & mint) – it was completely bejewelled, in keeping with the day’s topic of Windsor & Jewels.
We had an absolutely delightful morning with Robb Gardener, with his very engaging, illustrated talk. And a very enthusiastic group of participants. Boy did Wallis have some jewels!!
Thank you Robb – it would be fun to do a repeat performance some time!
