Given the crazy weather we’ve been experiencing of late, the pickings in the garden are a little lean. But its still a thrill to pick a posy of leaves and flowers to contribute towards a leaf salad. Land cress, coloured chard & sorrel, nasturtium & chive petals, fennel buds & just a few asparagus….. all went to brighten a Sunday evening dinner!
