Baby Agave attenuata, pulled from the front courtyard at Glenmore, peek from the drawer of a fabulous 1930’s industrial bench from Ici et La.
For ages, I’ve wanted a big metal box of some kind, to contain seed raising mix on my potting bench….and look what I found at Ici et La! Numbered army storage boxes are just the ticket….and we have a few of them on the stand.
Here are some of my darling little French antique terracotta pots, sitting on a fabulous 1930’s gymnasium stool…
And antique insect trap bottles that have been lurking in the bowels of Ici et La for awhile….I fear not for much longer now they’ve seen the light of day on our stand! I hope there might be a couple left for me – they were disappearing light hotcakes today!
And a darling little painting of Charlotte Thodey’s, of quail eggs. I think it’s rather charming…..
Great fun to see so many friendly faces today – familiar ones and new. I’ll upload some more images for you tomorrow.
