EVENT DETAILS: Join us for what promises to be a stimulating day beginning at 10.30am in the Hayshed for a herbal tisane, then take your place in the Dairy by 11.00am for the screening of our first film ‘Six Inches of Soil’. We’ll break for a simple lunch in the Loggia, when you can excitedly discuss that compelling film and the myriad topics it raises with your fellow companions at the table! We’ll then ask you to take your seats (literally!) once again in the Dairy, to watch the shorter film ‘Thankful for Soil’. After that screening, we’ll enjoy a wide-ranging conversation to engage all eaters, as film maker Suzannah Cowley questions Rhonda Daly, Emma Jane (and me): all four of our lives are heavily invested in the soil that sustains us. We’ll enjoy afternoon tea at 2.30/45 and and expect the day to wind-up around 3pm. Of course as always, you are welcome to wander in the garden and to have a little potter in the Barn.
Cost $75.00 per person 10.30am – 3.00 pm
