Now THIS is more like it! The tomatoes have been coming in thick and fast this last week or so. Fat ones, thin ones, black ones, red ones…..at last we have garden tomatoes drizzled with olive oil & tossed with chevre & basil – one of my absolute favourite summer, as well as autumn lunches.
Have you noticed that the light is ever so slightly different? It alters around the second week of January….I find it difficult to explain, but there is just a hint that autumn is on the way…..
