I am quite delighted to have a display for this weekend, of delicate (yet sturdy), rusted metal poppies from Wired for Living. Barry and Lee delivered them here for you to see (perhaps to buy!) on their way home to Bendigo after the Collectors’ Plant Fair a couple of weeks ago. They’ve been lurking in the corner of the croquet lawn, but I spent Anzac Day (quite relevant I thought), moving them to the long grass in the pumpkin paddock, where they’re happily nodding in the breeze.
Wired for Living are also responsible for the pretty wire heart on yesterday’s blog post, some larger flowers and possibly the best plant props I’ve seen. All here for Open Garden!
