Rose Geranium Workshop no. 2

Bursting…

Hello everyone

What enormous fun we had almost a fortnight ago at the very first ROSE GERANIUM HARVEST & DISTILLATION WORKSHOP!

As I mentioned at the time of releasing that day...’tis the season and the plants in the field are simply brimming with abundance. Hence I propose running a repeat workshop on FRIDAY 04 AUGUST (yes that’s next week) as these prime moments for distillation (when plant material is at its peak, oozing with viriditas, aura and beneficial compounds and therefore likely to yield the very best hydrosol) are but fleeting across the season and now is the time! Sprinter-time!

Once again I will open places to only four participants as it’s the only way to divide a generous amount of pure Botanical Water, yielded by the day’s harvest and distillation, for you to take home. So be quick to book your place!

Equally, if you have a clutch of friends and would like to nominate a date in the next fortnight, I’d be happy to make a date to suit you for a repeat performance. In between, I’ll be running my own distillations to ensure I have enough true Rose Geranium Botanical Water to keep my stock topped up, but I’d love to share the days with you too. They’re very gentle, with time to relax, to chat, to immerse and be held captivated by the process. Of course you’ll eat well too – the bounty of the kitchen garden is prolific just now, so a simple, seasonal lunch will give you sustenance for that rose-geranium scented journey home.

Come…spend the day with me! All the details and the booking form are here. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Oooh and by the way…we had such a crazy response to our Sourdough Bread, Butter & Pickles Workshop with Holly Davis that we’ve released a second date on Saturday 19 August which also has only a few spots left and just one space available on the Sunday…as someone swapped! If you would like to book that spot on Sunday 20, please let me know as the form is now only accepting bookings for the Saturday.

I hope you’re enjoying these sparkling late winter days…I’m spending too much time at my desk but I fully intend to finish the pruning and to sow my tomato seeds this weekend!

With very best wishes,

Mickey
